We know every owner and every tenant on a first name basis, as opposed to a large firm where you are just an address. We like to consider ourselves a "concierge property manager" since we offer such a personal touch. Meggan took over the business from her Grandmother who successfully ran Vanderpool Properties since 1975. Meggan began learning the business in 2014 when she received her Real Estate license and became owner of Vanderpool Properties in 2018 after becoming a real estate broker.
